BOTIQZ Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a BOTIQZ Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

1. Store Use Only

   • BOTIQZ Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on www.botiqz.ae.

   • They cannot be used on any third-party websites or retail stores.

2. Digital Delivery

   • Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

   • Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another gift card.

4. No Expiry

   • BOTIQZ Gift Cards do not expire and remain active until the total balance is fully used.

5. Partial Use Allowed

   • If the order amount exceeds the balance, the remaining amount must be paid using available payment methods.

   • If the order amount is less than the gift card value, the unused balance remains for future purchases.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards

   • BOTIQZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once issued.
